New Zealand – Order Processing & Shipping Policy

🧾 Order Processing Policy

1. Orders placed by 1 PM are processed the same day, seven days a week.

2. Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next day.

3. Public Holidays: Our packing team also takes a break! Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Local Deliveries (Auckland & Waikato): We do not call to confirm fresh produce or frozen items — your order goes straight to packing.

5. Outside Local Delivery Areas:
    If your address is outside our van-delivery network, we’ll seek your consent before shipping fresh or frozen items, as courier services can occasionally affect temperature-sensitive products.
    - Our team will attempt to contact you via call, WhatsApp, or email for up to 2 days after your order is placed.
    - If we don’t receive confirmation, we’ll remove the fresh/frozen items and dispatch the remaining dry items to avoid delay.

🚚 Shipping Policy

• Van Deliveries: Operate 6 days a week (no Saturday or Public Holiday deliveries).

• Courier Orders: Processed & dispatched Monday – Friday (no dispatch on Public Holidays).

• FREE Delivery on orders over $69

• $9.99 Delivery Fee for orders under $69

• Waiheke Island: Rural Delivery surcharge always charged $5 per box, regardless of order value.

⏱️ Delivery Time Frame

• Auckland & Waikato: Overnight Delivery – orders are delivered the next day after they’re handed over to our van network.

• Waiheke Island: Sent via post and reach you within 2 working days of hand-over to the courier.

• Rest of North Island: Overnight Delivery – orders are delivered the next working day after hand-over to the courier.

• South Island: Delivered within 2–3 working days after hand-over to the courier.

• Performance Note: Around 90 % of our orders arrive within the time frames above, depending on weather, courier capacity, and rural routes.

• Rural Delivery: May take an additional 2–3 working days.

• We use NZ Post & Aramex for courier orders — so if they delay, we delay 😄

4. Van Deliveries: We deliver through our own vans across most Sydney postcodes. If your address cannot be added at checkout, please contact our support team and we’ll arrange delivery via courier post or special delivery where possible.

5. Delivery Charges:
    - FREE Delivery on orders over $69
    - $9.99 per 20 kg box for orders under $69

⏱️ Delivery Time Frame

• Overnight Delivery: Orders are delivered the next working day after they are handed over to our van network.

• Coverage extends across Sydney Metropolitan and nearby NSW areas.

• Around 90 % of our Sydney orders are delivered within 24 hours, depending on delivery zone and route schedules.
